Mommy has been addicted to Pinterest. She has tons of pins already and kept adding more. I find it interesting too because I see a lot of beautiful photos of bedrooms, toys and gadgets I have been dreaming about. Mom thought of creating this blog post for inspiration. And, I guess to invite everyone else too to join Pinterest and start organizing and planning the fun way!

The mess in the first photo of the next set is care of my sister. Mom organized these toys upstairs in their bags, boxes and buckets but little sissy kept bringing a bag or a toy everytime. She kept adding more and leaves them in front of the television so she can easily grab anything she wants to play with. Clever idea but a little messy, right? Oh toddlers!

The next photo is what Mom dreams of having. If we only have a big place, we could have had it. Well, there's a dull wall in the living room - I could maybe ask Daddy to help out Mom in making one of this.

Cute Erasers For My Littlest Pet Shop Toys

Mommy went to Divisoria last week and surprised me with these cute erasers.

She said it's her Valentine's gift to me. Yay! She bought them for Php20/each set.

I now have few more "food" accessories for my Littlest Pet Shop toys. I have been watching LPS videos from YouTube and dreaming to make my own but I don't think I can do it. I just enjoy playing my Littlest Pet Shop toys, 3 of which are originals and the other 3 are the toys I got from McDonald's Happy Meal. Roey plays with with these erasers and my LPS toys when I am at school. We even brought them yesterday at the cemetery when we visited our grandMama.

Loving Heart...Chocolates!

These are the Heart chocolates Daddy gave us. Mommy was surprised that Daddy handed her these chocolates a night before Valentine's Day, while me and Roey were past asleep.

Since they're for the three of us - Daddy's girls, we all shared. Mommy gave me 2 pieces the next morning and I brought it to school. I was kind of reluctant at first since it is not our favorite Hershey's nor Goya chocolate bar but was also surprised that it tasted good.

Roey enjoyed the chocolates too. She wore her Red tee with a heart design on it and a hand-me-down Strawberry-heart designed shorts. Both pieces were too small for her already but still posed in front of the camera for Valentine's sake. LoL!

Barbie Colgate

I asked Mom if she can buy me my own toothpaste when I saw this Colgate Barbie Strawberry flavored toothpaste in the grocery shelf one time. She checked it out and gladly gave in to my request. I am having fun using it and now, it takes me more than maybe 5 minutes just brushing my teeth. Mom tried it one time but said she didn't really like the after taste and so as mentioned too that it made her feel like her mouth is dry from saliva when she used it. Well, I guess this was really intended just for kids! =)

In Getting Sick

A lot said it's "uso"..that there are a number of people who recently got colds or worse, flu. I was hit but the virus as well. It was our English week when I gamely went to school for Tuesday's activity - Spelling Bee! . I felt a little cold and dizzy but didn't really bother go to the clinic since I was trying my best to make it to the finals of the Spelling Bee contest. I was already weak at the time there were just 4 of us left and I lost that round. I spelled the word correctly but I was the slowest our of us four. Right after then I headed the clinic and found out that I have fever. The admin called home to inform Mom about it and soon after, Mommy, Roey and Lolo Tatay fetch me.

We thought for a while it was just what they call "lagnat laki" or I just got anxious about the competition and so as excited about the next English declamation contest and essay writing contest I am to join too. But that night was not a good one. My fever went up and Mommy had to monitor my temperature. The next day after, I already have cough and colds and still has fever. Mommy told me that I might not be able to make it to the declamation contest anymore but if I want to join in the field trip that Friday (same week), I need to be better. I was absent for 4 days. I wasn't able to join in the declamation contest for the first time. And, we weren't able to join the field trip too. Worst, the school can no longer refund the "companion fee" we paid a week before the trip. Mommy was a little upset with that because we have valid reasons, we didn't just backed out just because we didn't like to join anymore. I was already well that Thursday that's why we were hopeful we'll be able to join but I had fever again the moment I woke up to prepare for the field trip.

Mommy made a joke that we still had our field trip - to the hospital though! She brought me to the pediatrician-pulmonologist at the Bernardino General Hospital and I was given antibiotics as prescription.

I had to complete the administration for 7 days. I wasn't finish with it yet when Roey caught a viral infection so Roey and Mommy had to visit the same doctor the next Friday. Roey is taking her antibiotics too and she'll finish it by tomorrow if I am not mistaken. She's better now and very active but she obviously lost some weight.

Parents are really the first ones to feel unhappy when we, kids, get sick. I felt the sadness too because I lost a lot of opportunities in that week I was fighting the sickness to be well. I was not able to participate in that essay writing contest too. I missed a lot of lessons. But, Mommy imparted something I will always remember... there's a new meaning to a NO.

Played Up High

One cloudy afternoon, my sister and I got the chance after Nanay invited us to play up in the rooftop.

Roey brought her new drums and stuffed toy Pooh.

While waiting for Nanay to lead our way up, Roey excitedly sang "We wish you a merry Christmas!". She still has a holiday hang over I guess. Ha ha!

It wasn't hot and the weather was so nice. I even played the drums and sang for my sister.

I also taught her to pretend flying since with her height, all she can see are the clouds and the roofs of our neighbors. It was really a fun afternoon but had to end after little sissy slipped and got a scratch on her right knee.

Latest But a Little Late

We visited Aunt Lola Baby last January 1 and my sister brought her new stuffed toy, Pooh.

I think Pooh is her new favorite besides Mickey mouse.

Mommy decided to cut Roey's hair..her bangs to be exact. This is her side view photo after the haircut. We both have the same hair color, Dark Reddish Brown. It's natural.

I have a new Aveeno Eczema Therapy lotion too but temporarily stopped using it since the dermatologist had to give me a different topical cream for my skin asthma. Glad that the rashes disappeared already. Still, topical cream and antihistamine medications continue.

These hand sanitizers are Mom's gift to her friends. She bought just 4 of these type and decided to get few more of a different brand and scent. I liked them!

Mom asked me if I would like to have my bangs back just like Roey's, I said no. =)

I love my "one length" hairstyle. So, these are some of the late latest in me and my sissy's life. Hi hi!

First Rainy Day of The Year

I woke up feeling cold one January morning. When the windows were opened, it surprised us to see it's raining. It was the very first rainy day of this year. I easily feel cold compared to my little sister but for posterity sake, she gamely wore her Hello Kitty jacket. Mom asked me to buy something she needed in the kitchen for cooking that morning and I had to wear my old Green jacket too. Of course, I also had to pose for the camera. Ha ha!

Good thing it did not rain so hard. And, we didn't really have to wear the jackets all day long. Posting this for Pink Fridays and Kids' Style.

Grade 4 Timothy Christmas Party

Last December 17 was our Christmas party at school. My Monito wished for a compass. Since he did not specify what kind of compass it was, Mommy decided to buy a travelling compass and a drawing compass. We also added a pen to have a gift worth Php150.00. I received a Hello Kitty stuff toy, which I didn't wish for. It's okay though. I just feel like I would have been happier if my wish was granted. I can give the HK toy to my sister.

I was also tasked to bring barbecue and soda while others brought cakes, hot dogs, ice cream, spaghetti and pizza too. We really had a memorable party especially that I, together with my friends prepared a dance number to the tune of "Super Bass". I'm sure Mommy will have the video uploaded in Facebook or YouTube.

LEGO World

Mommy, Roey, me and 2 of my grand aunts visited SM City The Block and saw a number of kids go round in the center area where Lego toys are being sold. We found these miniatures displayed. Some of the kids are also busy counting the number of "Santa Claus" miniatures. You have to get the correct number of Santa miniatures so you can join a contest held by Toy Kingdom & Lego (I think) where you get a Lego toy as a prize.

I admire this miniature Eiffel Tower the most. I didn't imagine this can be built using Lego parts.

Back To Back Parties

These photos were taken 1 week apart. We had our Christmas party help at McDonald's West Avenue last December 3 and another post birthday party for Paolo last December 10. December is really a busy month not just for kids but for parents as well. The first three photos were of mine and sissy plus "The Royale Maldits" group (LOL!). The next three photos still shows me and sissy, kiddie online friends and pencil topper souvenirs.

Meet Pink Chuchi

Mom blogged about my stuffed toy which Roey named Chuchay. This time, my little sister eagerly opened a gift from Tita Everth even if it is not Christmas yet. She was all smiles to find out that Chuchay now has a sister - Chuchi. The new hug-gable toy brings smile to her lips and I am sure she will love Chuchi as she loves Chuchay.

Bubble Gum and The Lost Hairbow

Mom would not allow me to chew gums when I was a little younger. Last week of November, I had real fun playing with the bubble gum when Mommy allowed me to buy some. I bought about 3 pieces and offered one to Mom but she didn't take it. She always tell me the bubble gum will stick to her teeth. Since we were still waiting for our pork barbecue to cook (we were out and bought barbecue for lunch), I insisted for her to take photos of me in continuous shots so it will look funny as if the photos are really moving- like a video. Both these photos were taken last November 30, during the Bonifacio Day holiday.

This is the photo Mom captured. I got to blow a little big bubble! It was just this big when it popped. It was so quick. Good thing Mommy got to take a photo of the bubble.

And I was wearing this particular hairbow Mom made for me and my sister. We lost it. My sister Roey wore it few days after Bonifacio Day and as soon as we reached home, Mom noticed it was already gone. I feel sad losing it because the hairbow was personally hand made by Mommy and that it has a Pink star and the Pink and Black ribbons combination is cute too. It's time to join Pink Fridays!

Family Time: Birthdays

Just before November ended, our relatives (Mommy's side) planned and gathered to celebrate 18 birthdays. Imagine how big the family is. Yes! 18 of our relatives celebrated their birthdays last November and this gathering is for them.

We started with a short prayer for the November celebrants who already passed away while the lunch (buffet) table was prepared.

And just right after giving thanks, everyone grabbed their plates and enjoyed delicious foods set on the table. I immediately grabbed 2 chicken feet without knowing it's sweet & spicy. In the end, it was Mom who ate them since she joined us in the center table assigned for the kids to use.

One of the celebrants who turned 76, Lolo Uncle Feling and her sister Lola Auntie Cora were there. Mommy's uncle and aunt from her father's side.

Mommy was assigned to bring loot bags for the kids but she didn't get the chance to prepare it and decided to just buy 2 medium sized palayok and fill it with candies.We had an instant party game and had real fun! There were cash prizes for the winners.

I'm joining in Family Time. The next clan plan is a summer adventure somewhere out of town. Hopefully we'll be able to join in this 2012.

Gifts To Give

December means Christmas and Christmas is the celebration of Jesus Christ's birth. Just like when He was born, gift giving has already started... from the three kings. Each of them brought Him something special.

I once heard Mommy that she will start making the list of gifts to give to kids that are special to us. Roey and I were first in the list. For friends, boys are out numbered by girls but for both my parents' relatives and Godchildren, there are more boys than girls. I also think that Mommy is right, that it is harder to find baby boy gifts than looking something for girls. Good thing we found great gift ideas at The White Company because it has almost every clothing item you may need and even has a wide variety of Christmas stuff to choose from. And now that Christmas is just around the corner, I am glad that we are almost done with the gifts. Too bad we don't have a giant Christmas tree because it will not fit inside our little home. =)

No matter how grand the season may be, let us not forget the true meaning of this celebration... LOVE which is also Jesus Christ. As the song goes - "For God so loved the world, he gave us His only Son. Jesus Christ our savior, His most precious one." I am looking forward to Christmas day and the gifts of course, but I will never forget my GrandMama (may she rest in peace) who has taught me what Christmas is all about.

iTouch of Christmas

Mommy won an Apple itouch last 2007 at the Convergys Christmas party and we have been using it until now. It's one of the 1st generations of the gadget which is in 4th gen now. Mom decided not to sell it even if her friends kept asking for her to name a price. I am glad she didn't sell it. It still look new and now, it has so many games and applications Roey and I get to enjoy.

Jail break, that's the term Mommy used when she brought it to a cellphone repairman. That was done to reset the ipod and install applications and it was only after more than 2 years since she received it. After just about 3 months of the first jail break, the ipod won't turn on anymore and won't even recharge.

Mommy said the itouch is in hibernating mode. Ha! Ha! Last October, Daddy brought the ipod with him and returned it fixed. I was so happy and excited. But, I am only allowed to use it during weekends and when allowed on weekdays, I should have already finished my assignments. I love playing Cooking Dash, Mood Detector, Cooking Mama, Rollercoaster Rush, and Cut The Rope.

The only problem now is that the USB cable is no longer working that we can't recharge it anymore. Good thing, when we visited Tita Divine and Vin, we were able to borrow a USB charger. I was able to use it again. Thank you Tita Divine & Tito Boyet.

** Update:

As I woke up this morning (Dec. 03, 2011), Mommy said that Daddy bought a new USB cable to replace the damaged one. Yehey! Guess what? The iPod is currently syncing new more applications. I feel happy, it's Christmas!

Diary Of A Wimpy Kid

My second cousin had this box of books for her birthday. She has started reading it and I liked it too. I've heard good reviews from my classmates about the Diary of a Wimpy Kid and told mommy that I am interested in reading the books too. She told me to save, hehe!

Ruby Tuesday: BFFs

Mom said I am so blessed to have an instant BFF because she's an only child. She's dreamed of having a sibling but there are things that aren't really meant to be. But, she said it has been better that way because she has gained so many friends and still had a BFF, my grandMama, her Mom.

Mom brought us at SM Novaliches one Saturday. I remember that we had to buy some art stuff for a school project. She also ended up buying us 2 new play mats because it was on sale at 50% off. There was this standee that we found cute and Mom decided to let go behind it and took a photo of us. So cute, right?

We also has our late lunch at Jollibee. My BFF Roey enjoyed because she's so love Jollibee, the mascot.

This little person is totally playful and sometimes unpredictable but still very charming and adorable. I love my BFF, my sister Roey.

Trinoma Visit

Mommy, Me and Roey went out on a special date on day and headed to one of the nearest malls in our place, Trinoma. At the time these photos were taken, they don't have that much Christmas decorations yet but I am sure they have plenty now.

I posed in front of the fountain facing Mindanao and North Avenue. There, I wondered why Trinoma didn't place their "front" in the EDSA/North Avenue corner. Is it because of the MRT station that will somehow block the way or they just didn't want to be "face-to-face" with SM North EDSA? Hi hi!

I wore a Pink tank top and an old Pink belt, denim jeans and a hand-me-down Havaianas . My sister is also wearing a hand-me-down striped collared dress. That was originally mine, a gift from my Ninang Rosemarie.

Looking Back: Barbie & Denim

I looked into an old album and saw these photos when I was just about 6yo. They were taken Christmas Day where I was wearing a size 4 Barbie 3/4 sleeved blouse and a denim mini skirt.

My Godmother Amie gifted me with a Hot Pink shoulder bag which definitely matched my Pink belt too. Oh! And I was holding my new GameBoy Advance in the first photo. It was Mom's Christmas gift to me. Don't you think I so love Pink? haha!

One month to go and it's Christmas again! It has been that long since last year. We had a very silent and sad Christmas last 2010 because my grandmother Mama passed away. This year is the second Christmas we'll be celebrating without her. We truly miss her but we are happy she's in heaven now.

School Project: Mask

I tend to be forgetful most of the time and gets reprimanded because of that too. Mommy said it gets worse every time, he he! I forgot to inform her that I need to design a mask as a project for one of my subjects.

She got a little irritated but hurriedly prepared last Monday night so we can catch National Bookstore while it's still open. Good thing we were able to bring an umbrella because the rain poured when we got off the tricycle. We also had to ride a cab to get to SM Novaliches because there were a lot of passengers but less jeepneys at that time. And yes, my sister was with us.

We bought glittered glues, white glue, poster paint and a blank face mask. If we had difficulty going there, we didn't have a hard time travelling back home. That's good!

We started decorating the mask after dinner and I got a little excited trying it. Cute? It's not done yet...

I told Mommy that it looks bald so she's thought of adding the crumpled Japanese Paper instead. I also had to add a little more of the Gold glittered glue to thicken it a bit.

And this is the finished mask. I wish the mask's lips were darker (in Red). My teacher told me that it looks like a masquerade mask. He he!

Little Sissy's Hand-Me-Down Fashion

Who says hand-me-downs isn't cool? My sister Roey is so lucky to have tons of clothes to wear, most of then are given by friends. Some are originally mine, and then some were handed to me and then to her. Good thing that Moms have ways to restore clothes. =)

Viva Mexico! Our Class Theme

Just before our Health & Semestral Break was our school's foundation day celebration. Grade 4 Timothy was assigned to prepare for a Mexican performance. Our beloved teacher Ms. Jean thought of a very nice remix of songs from Mexico and so as this colorful costume personalized for each one of us.

We didn't win this year's dance competition but definitely had fun during our after class practices and actual presentation. Grade 4 Colossians won the intermediate level with their Kung Fu Panda inspired Chinese presentation. My BFF Andrea is included in the Colosians section and winning is a nice early gift to her. She will be turning 10 this month. Here's our latest photo together. I miss her company since I am in the other section. It's the first time we've been separated since Kindergarten.

What Mommy Wants

Oh no, these aren't mine. These are the toys Mom and I saw at the shelves of Toy Kingdom at SM Megamall. Mommy took photos of them saying it makes her want to be a kid again. To let you all know, Mommy loves Barbie and she misses the one and only barbie she ever had. She said a classmate from 2nd year HS borrowed it from her and never returned it. =(

She dreamed of buying at least one Barbie a month before but whenever she has the money for it, she realizes that there are other things she can buy...things that she NEED more than she WANT. That's how she explains the difference of want from need to me. She still wants these stuff but is very hesitant to get me one as well. Why? Check out the price tag! Ha ha! But she promised to check out the upcoming December warehouse sale. I hope there's Baby Alive there too, for my sissy.

This xylophone was a gift from Ate Sylvia, one of Mommy's friends from Convergys. It is really nice that my favorite princess Aurora is in it. My sister Roey plays it more than I do now. =) Mommy downloaded a musical game/application to her ipod too so Roey can play with it.

Growing Up: Fast!

Look at how Amber has grown big in just few months. She's a If she was less than 3 months old in the March photos that means she's really BIG at 10 months. Roey can't hold her anymore, nor can I. When she's allowed to roam around the house, she becomes so playful not even Mommy can come near her. I think she's as tall as me if she would only stand still. I think I am 4 feet already. Oh Amber, you are growing up so fast that Roey who is turning 2 can't catch up anymore. LoL!

My friend Bianca celebrated her 7th birthday just recently and I am thankful to have been invited and so as happy to join her as she celebrated it in a fairy tale like party. She had a very memorable, magical and colorful party at the Greenhills Clubhouse.

Of course, being a princess even just for a day is every girl's wish. Check out my photos as I enjoyed the Princess Salon booth in her party.

The salon artist did a good job! Look at how pretty the glittery butterfly design in my hair! I even had a light redo on my make up, hihi! My sister Roey didn't get the chance to have a make over but she enjoyed the party herself and loved the birthday girl's jazz dance costume!

My sister likes to play pretend which she started at a very young age. I think I am a good teacher, lol! She can already play pretend on her own now. Mommy said she sometimes pretend to be cooking, pretends to be a rock star/singer and sometimes a photographer. But these play pretends for a toddler like her spells mess too! Check out this photo where she was trying to keep the pillows and blankets yet ended up playing and messing up with them. I was at school that time this was taken so she maybe pretending the pillows are her playmates. She must be missing me a lot whenever I am at school. Do you know that she get way too excited when I arrive in the afternoon? You'll hear a laughing scream every time I enter the gate or the door. Ha ha! I so love my sister even if she gets too physical sometimes that it hurts me. We do play mild wrestling too. lol!

I had a haircut and a new look. Mom said I looked old and my long hair made me look soooooo thin so she persuaded me to have a haircut instead. I agreed after a long talk, ha ha! I love to have long hair but Mommy is right. I will have a hard time gaining weight if my hair takes the protein that should have been for my body. And, I started having lice which is a bigger problem. I am already using a shampoo intended to remove and prevent head lice. It has to be treated because Mommy started to feel the itch already. =(

So which is better, the before or the after? =)

When I showed Mommy my 1^st quarter exam results, she was surprised. It was a surprise of disappointment. I have been scolded with words and questions. Mommy said she is sorry that she rarely gets to review me but also mentioned that I should have learned to do it on my own especially that I am already in 4^th grade. She told me to be self reliant and independent. I can always ask help from her but she wants to also see me do my part and explained that it will benefit me in so many ways. She even told me that I am lucky to be in a private school. My parents are products of public elementary schools. Mommy even had to study for 3 years at Buhi, Camarines Sur. She said that she sometimes go to school wearing just slippers, no money to buy anything and she had to walk to school and on her way back home. There was no TV, no computers nor cell phones. Since my great grandmother had a store and newspaper stand, Mommy gets to read a lot. They have a lot of newspaper, magazines and “komiks”. She always had her English-Tagalog dictionary at hand so when she comes across a word she cannot understand, she can easily look for it in the dictionary.

When the PTC was held, Mommy was again surprised that I end up at rank 4. We were not expecting that. She gave me a reward for that but still, the reminder to study before play is there. This week is our 2^nd mid quarter exams already. I am hoping to show my parents better results. I like to feel good and be proud of my achievement too.

And, yes! I had a haircut! The cute hair accessory was made by Mommy.

My sister Haley loved playing with my old stuffed toy I call crabby or sometimes Mr.Krabs. This photo was taken when Roey's still a baby. The other day, we went to the grocery store and my sister and I saw few really big crabs in the aquariums lined up at the wet section of SM Hypermarket in SM City NE The Block. Roey got scared. There were also fishes, clams, shrimps and eels. I even saw one of my classmates with her parents. Happy 2nd Birthday cutie Amiel!

We didn't get to prepare a Messy Go Round post last week and it felt a little strange. He he! Mommy was so preoccupied with her online job and totally forgot that Saturday even passed by. As some of you may already know, Mommy decided to be a stay at home mom after my grandmama passed away so she can be with us and be hands on. I actually liked the idea since I get to be with her and my sister before and after school hours. I also didn't have to beg for Mommy to file a vacation leave even without pay so she can attend school activities.

Anyway, back to Amiel. He is the second son of my Godmother Amie (Mom's friend since High School). He's of the same age as Roey though Amiel is about 7 weeks older. Isn't he cute? Could be preparing for his big day, ha ha! Mommy said I too have a photo while I have powder all over my face, just like this of Amiel.

Again, happy birthday Amiel! May you grow up healthy, cute, loving and humble.

I joined this year's Filipino declamation contest again. The piece given to Grade 4 students is quite interesting. It also matches this stage of social development as Mom said. The fact that I have a sister, I am sure we will experience this in the future. At least now, I somehow already know how to handle it learning from the piece titled "Nang Minsang Makipag-away Ako". I'll share with you the declamation piece itself but again, it's in our Filipino language since August is the month we celebrate the Filipino language. August is what we call "Buwan ng Wika" (Language Month).

Okay, I know a few would really not understand what the poem is since it's written in Filipino language. =) Well, it is a story of siblings who had a fight and the younger one had to think of a way on how they can fix their issues. The reconciliation started with a smile. It also pointed out that our siblings are instant friends that we should treasure. Also, the poem mentioned an advice to those who have enemies... sit and talk, it is best to be humble and it definitely bring beauty and peace.

I Love Sports!

I have always wanted to learn how to swim. It's something I consider my favorite sport, or maybe one of the two favorites I have. I am joining Sporty blog giveaway and is quite excited about it.

My Mommy enrolled me in a swimming lesson about 3 years ago. There were moments that I cried because of fear but I faced my fears of drowning. Here's a photo of me during my swimming lesson at St. Charbel. I am proud to say that I was able to jump and swim unto a 6ft deep pool. That's without these floaters I am wearing in the photo.

Aside from swimming, I also love biking! This was my first bike. It was a gift from Mc Donald's when I celebrated my birthday there. This is still in my grandparent's house but we can no longer use it. I wish we could afford a bigger bike with out the support wheels. Hehe!

Toady, I would like to feature my 2nd cousin Kate Jhazreel. I am so happy that she's here at home for the weekend. At least being grounded is not really boring since I can play with her. I feel sorry that I failed my Mom's expectations and sorry that I have low grades. Mommy already talked to me and I promised to do better.

A cellphone that could have been made and intended for young ones like me. =) It has a built in flashlight, an FM radio feature and the alarm is very useful because Mommy is having difficulty waking me up, LOL! My Mom has been asking me to eat & drink more. She told me that I will not be just healthier but will also become prettier. Hi Hi!

At The Grocery

Though these photos were taken about 4 years ago, I still would like to share them to you. Mommy said that it is always good to have me with her at the grocery so she can ask me what I want for my snacks and also to teach me the value of money. Mommy would only buy food on her grocery list and sometimes gets an extra for me.

I liked the green slippers and tried it but did not really intend and asked Mommy to buy it because like my Mom, I always check on the price tag. And besides, the Red sandals I was wearing that time is still new so I didn't really need a new one.

Mommy taught me the difference between our needs and wants. I still cannot understand it that much during those times but now that I matured a bit. I can see and understand her point already.

Cereals are one of my favorites. Now that we have Roey, I share whatever I have to her. She loves the Nestle Cookie Crisp cereal while Mommy goes for the Kellogg's Frosted Flakes. I miss shopping at the grocery store with Mommy. Most often than not, I am at school and she goes to the store with little Roey instead.

MGR #12 Scattered Toys

I would like to share one of my sister's everyday activity - play! And as expected from a toddler, she would always scatter her toys. I mean, my toys that are hers now, haha!

These are just some of the toys we have at home and these are in a bag but if Roey is having difficulty getting the toy she wants to play with, she would pour out all the toys instead.

Mommy is planning to sell some of the toys we have because she thinks there's a LOT of them already and some are just kept in a huge box upstairs.

Happy Birthday Caine

It's Keanna's mid quarter exams this week that's why she's not allowed to use the PC for her FB games until this weekend.

We will be attending Caine's 7th birthday this Saturday and she is quite excited to have fun at the party and see her other friends too. I am sure this Jollibee party will be a lot fun. It wasn't too long ago when we first met Caine and Mhe Lai (her mom). They were together in a magazine photo shoot. I still remember that Keanna was excited to meet new friends that day even if she wasn't really feeling well. Good thing the shoot went well and to my surprise, Keanna was all better after the shoot. Mareng Mhe Lai was very friendly and even got worried when she learned Keanna was sick.

That was the start of our friendship and I am happy that our online friends became real life friends. Keanna & Caine were part of Polkatots Fashion show at the Glorietta too and so as part of a Kiddie Kwela shoot at Kidsahoy.

We keep in touch by exchanging SMS and through facebook too. We get to meet during birthday parties and it was just recently when we had a great time with our other friends too during Chand's birthday party.

Looking at our photos made me realize the value of friendship. As long as you keep the friendship alive, time and distance is not a hindrance. Tomorrow will be very special, especially for Caine. I am personally excited like a kid. Happy Birthday Caine! Stay humble, pretty, witty and friendly as you are. Mwah!

Video Call Fun

I had fun chatting with my cousins, Kate & Rham. Mommy went online using her YM account and saw my Tita Esmeeh was online too and she decided to make a video call. When answered, she was surprised to see my cousins instead of Tita Esmeeh. So, she allowed me to chat with them instead.

These photos were taken using the screenshot option in the keyboard and we just have to edit it using MS Paint.

It was my 2nd cousin Vin Ethienne's 4th birthday last week. He had fun celebrating it at school and so as at home. I still remember when he was just a year old, my Titas told me that he looks like my Mom when Mommy was still little. Now, Vin looks more like his own Mommy, Tita Divine.

A Visit At School

It was just recently when two of my Aunts visited us all the way from Buhi, Camarines Sur. It’s not a vacation though, it’s for us to complete all the necessary documents required by SSS for my Mama’s death claim. It made me miss Mama a lot. I found myself crying one time I was in front of the fridge. Weird, huh!

Anyways, both my aunts were able to come with me and Roey last Thursday and brought Keanna her lunch. Little Roey was so excited and even grabbed a small back pack before we went out of the house. She’s always happy and all giggles when she sees her Ate Keanna wearing their school uniform. I think Roey wants to attend school already! Ha ha! Here are their latest photos together.

We were not able to complete the requirements by SSS yet last week. But just few minutes back, I finally got my Aunt Abing’s marriage contract and birth certificate copies from NSO. I am definitely a very satisfied costumer. E-Census is really prompt, I so recommend them in case you need to request documents. It will definitely save a lot of your time and effort. Kudos to NSO’s e-Census! Keep it up!

And yes, I’ll give in to Keanna’s request of a simple birthday giveaway. I just hope our internet connection service be restored so we can materialize this contest. Have a great week everyone!

MGR#10 Birthday Cake

Weee! It's July already and this month is very special to me. It's my birth month! I am turning 9 soon. Really becoming a big sister now. For that, I would like to show you my sister's photos taken when we celebrated her 6th month. Mommy bought her a yummy Mango cake from Red Ribbon Bakeshop. So why Mango? Ha ha! Because it is Ate Keanna's favorite! My favorite! Since Roey can't eat the cake yet, Mommy decided to pick my favorite instead. I really love Mangoes!

My Mama (late grandmama) held Roey near the cake because as soon as Mommy opened the box, Roey kept looking and smiling at the cake. Her arms and legs kept moving and kicking as if she is so excited to grab a piece of the cake. He he!

Hmmm!

This is when she started eating solids, at her 6th month. She was breastfed for the first 5 months but Mommy slowly lost milk supply before Roey's 6th month. Look at how innocent Roey is in this photo, but gamely made a lick at the cake's frosting.

The messy after taste! I laughed out loud at what she did. I mean, whatw e did to her. Ha ha! Isn't she cute? I guess she's so cute that even the bed bug bit her. Poor baby.

Barbie Pillow & Treats Basket

It is Friday again and I am excited for this weekend because it will be one of my 2nd cousin's birthday on Sunday. That means, I will be able to play with Ate Kate Jhaz again. Pink Fridays and Messy Go Round also excites me. So, I would like to show you my Pink Barbie pillow. It was a gift my Ninang Rose gave me. I have it for sometime now and is still using it. In fact, my sister loves it as well. My photos were taken early of 2008 after Mommy won an iPod Touch during their Christmas party, December 2007 .

Mommy had a technician "jailbreak" her ipod only after 3 years and I enjoyed it even more because there were plenty of games and fun applications I can use. Her ipod is not working as of now, she can't seem to turn it on anymore and it would not even recharge. I just hope that it will be fixed soon so I can listen to my favorite music again and play games too. I forgot to mention that we use it to open Facebook when we are out in an area with free WiFi access.

In this photo, I was wearing a pirate costume my friend Sam lend me. This was taken 2007 just a month before Mommy won the iPod in the raffle. He he! Mommy bought me a Purple basket for the Trick or Treating activity at school. I still have that cute basket and will give it to my sister this Halloween. Disney Princess Memory Game

This was a gift from Tita Ched, mom's friend. She is in Singapore now. These photos were taken 3 years ago if I remember it right. I still get to play with these cards, they still look brand new.

Whenever I play this memory cards game with Mommy, I cannot help but think of Mama (my grandmother) too. We have many happy memories playing this. There were times I cry because I lost in the game and there were lots of times we just keep laughing. Mommy and me got to play this game last week when it was all rainy and the classes were suspended. Hopefully, I will be able to play with Roey too.

Whenever Mommy allows me to play online, I make sure I log in to my Facebook account and play all the games I love like Restaurant City, It Girl, Fashion World, Mall World, Yoville and sometimes I still play Petville. Hihi! There are lots of games, right? I sometimes run out of time because Mommy will only allow me to use the PC for 1 hour. I am lucky if she fells asleep during my PC time, ha ha!

My little sister has become so active lately. She would even gladly imitate whatever I do. That is why Mommy would always remind me to be proper and stop being a little childish. LoL!

She's so hyeractive that it has become hard to capture a good photo together. Hays!

She would always open my school bag ang bring out my pencil case to ask for this yellow marker. That is what she does all the time. Scribble anywhere, even up to her own skin. Ha ha!

She also plays with stickers and I thought of a silly idea...I stuck the letters R. O. E. Y. in her cheeks! Guess what? She loved it!

Since this photo was taken more than 3 years ago, it also fit as an entry to Nostalgia, right? I remember that my front teeth has not erupted yet in this photo that is why I can only give you a shy smile. LoL.

Haircut

The following photos were taken before New Year 2009 (Dec. 31, 2008). Mommy, my GrandMama and me had our hair cut at the nearest Reyes Hair cutters Salon in our area. It was our bonding time, actually.

There were so many customers in line so while waiting, I played first using my new (then) GameBoy Advance. I like that it is Pink and of course, it was a gift from Mommy. The Orange tee was something she bought from Landmark too and it was a size 4, hehe! Served as a baby tee for me instead.

As soon as the hair cutter called my name, I was seated at a chair and he lifted it a little higher so I can see myself in the mirror. My Mom insisted for me to have bangs since I have a wide forehead. He he!
She also requested from the hair cutter to trim the ends of my long hair. And this is how I looked back then...

Colorful Friendship

I think I was just 6 years old when these photos were taken. I was together with my mom when we attended Jian's 3rd birthday party. Her party theme then was Dora the Explorer. It was really fun because almost all my "online" kid friends were present. We had fun painting styro balls and egg hunting too.

Messy Go Round #8 Blue Frosting

It's Saturday again and it is time for Messy Go Round! I have a set here. My and sissy's latest photos actually. We attended Mommy's cousin's 50th birthday and church wedding last Wednesday, June 15. These photos were taken at the reception, Aberdeen Court in Quezon Avenue. I was still in my school uniform if you may notice because Mommy had to fetch me from school then headed to the reception. Roey, on the other hand is wearing a pretty Purple(ish) floral dress which is a hand-me-down from Tita Irish.

I was totally hungry at that time (ha ha) that I ate a lot, really! That made Mommy happy in fact. In this set, Roey is caught eating a small piece of cupcake which has a little Blue frosting on top. It left a Blue color in her toungue after messing up. I too, took a bite which left a little mess (crumbs) in my mouth. You can hardly see it in this photo though. I can't smile anymore when the photo was taken because I felt so full, LoL!

Meet my favorite stuffed dog, PUPPY!

Mommy said that I should have thought of a different name but I really want just the name Puppy. As simple and cute as that.

Puppy was a Christmas gift from my late grandMAMA. I was told that my eyes grew big as soon as I saw Puppy's head popped out of the paper bag. Every Christmas at school, we have wish lists. I remember that in the past 5 years of schooling, I always put stuffed toy (dog) in the list. He he! I have a collection of about 5 already. Other stuffed toys are bears. They are cute too!

Messy Go Round #7 Bubble Drama

Last summer, I had so much fun playing with my sister. Even if she gets so "kulit" sometimes, she's my best playmate. Since we don't really go out to play outside (we live along the main road where cars pass by), we just stay in the front area near the gate. That is where we often make bubbles. I have several bubble making stuff and I've learned to make my own bubble mix. I just have to mix a little of dish washing liquid soap (JOY) and water. Mommy said that when she was my age, they would have to get Gumamela leaves and mash it after adding a little water and it makes a perfect bubble mix already. I think that's just so creative. I may have to try that too when I see a Gumamela tree.

Salon Surprise Barbie

It's Toy Stories time again!

This meme is something that keeps me excited. I have a number of toys to share. Today, I'd like to share a Barbie my Mom bought at the Richwell Christmas warehouse sale. It's the Salon Surprise Barbie. It comes with a highchair and a blow dryer that doesn't dry Barbie's hair but colors it. Yes! All you need is a pair of AA batteries and a small piece of ice (ice molder came with the box too) and just turn it on.

Her dress is so nice because it is reversible. And look at her curly wig. I wish I have a long curly wig too. Hi hi!

And, that's me holding my Barbie. It's an old photo, I think I was just 6 then. I love my doll and her Pink & Purple colored dress. I still play with her sometimes. Mommy loves Barbie and plays with me too. She only had 1 Barbie before and lost it. She said that a friend borrowed her doll and never returned it. That's so disappointing, right? I now have 4 Barbie dolls and 2 other dolls that looks like Barbie. =)

I have tons of Pinks in my dresser but aside from it, I also have had some Blues. Who says that Blue is just for boys? It isn’t!

Did you know that according to Wikipedia, Blue has several variations and from Proto-Indo-European (*bhlēw, *bhel ) it means "to shine, be light or bright". But, in the English language, Blue may refer to feeling sad. It has been said that Blue is related to storms. Well, I guess that’s just how it has been believed because it is totally different if you’re watching the show Blue’s Clues. Yay! My grandmother said that Blue (the dog) is my very first favorite animated character. I was less than a year old when I first saw the show in Nick Jr. and cried when the pawed cutie bid goodbye to end the show. I think Blue is also the reason why I love collecting stuffed puppies!

Here's my toy I named "Puppy" (LoL) which is loved by my sister too. And here’s a collage made by Mommy where I’m wearing all sorts of Blue. Purple and Pink are still my favorite colors but I don’t say no to Blue.

In fact, I was in the Blue team during our Sports Fest at school last school year. Mommy and Ate Mabel even wore their Blue tees during the Family Day. Hmmm…I now wonder to which team will I be included this year? I haven’t been included in the Yellow team since I started schooling.

Mini Cash Register

I've had this Pink mini cash register since I was 5 years old. It came as a gift from Mommy for doing good at school. It's still in good working condition. I sometimes use it as a calculator too.

Inside the cash compartment, you'll find several paper bills (play money) I use whenever I play with it. I even pretended to have my own store one time I played with my cousin Ate Jhaz.

Family Fiesta Fun!

It was the feast of St. Joseph The Worker last May 1. My Mom grew up in Quezon City, somewhere near EDSA, Balintawak so she make it a point to visit relatives who are still there. We only get to visit them occasionally. Last fiesta, Lolo Feling and my second cousins were there. We had fun eating, chatting, playing with cute Bona and taking pictures too.

Mommy sliced a Mango for me when Roey immediately grabbed the other "cheek" and ate it.

I laughed at her silly look and told Mommy to snap a shot of her messing up. Mommy took several shots of her while we are all laughing because in between her bites and chews, she's saying a lot of words we cannot understand. Haha! My funny little sister is becoming talkative.

Kids In Doodles #2 Sweat A Little

It's Saturday again and it means weekend fun fun fun! Last year, my Ninang-Tita Jenny invited Mommy and me to sweat a little. We met them at the playground of QCMC after we attended the mass. While waiting for them, I can't help but explore the place. I asked Mom if I could already play and she allowed me. I allowed her too to take photos, hehe!

I had fun at the Quezon City Circle playground. When Tita Jenny and Adhara arrived, I'm already sweating! I wish we could go back there, go biking and play again with my cousin Adhara.

Biking and playing are things that are not just fun to do but good to our health too. It's like exercising. I just wish that I can already ride bigger bikes without support wheels. And I'd like to master the monkey bar too just like Adhara.

I just can't do what she did, I'm a little scared I guess and careful too. I was even wearing Pink arm warmers and knee high socks just to avoid boo boos in case something happen. Who would like to be hurt? Not me, so I have to be careful while enjoying being active! =) Next time I would like to try the skating rink I saw there. Mommy said she tried it there when she was in high school.

KID#1: Little Hands

I'm joining the new meme K.I.D. just a little late. I'd like to share some of my photos Mommy took when I was just about 6 years old. These photos show how I was able to help Mom in little ways. My little hands according to mommy made a BIG help. I gave me a happy feeling I was able to help.

Since I'm turning 9 by July, I can now do a lot more things than these. Mommy assigned me to wash the dishes after lunch. But sometimes I get sleepy and forgets to, so Mommy ends up washing them for me. I am also tasked to get and carry bottled drinking water from my grandparent's house. I consider carrying 4 liters of water every other day an exercise. Of course, aside from these simple tasks I do, I also take care of my sister Haley Roneese (ROEY). I teach her too.

There are times that I get irritated of her whenever she starts her tantrums but I love her so much.

Just a kiss or a hug from my sister makes me smile. Isn't she a cutie?

Growing Up...a little more!

I am enjoying helping out Mommy in every little thing I can do. She always tell me to take care of my sister or to watch her back. I can already take a bath on my own, but Mommy still checks on me every time. I am also tasked to pick our drinking water from my grandparents' house. It's just beside out home but the 4 liters water container is a little heavy. I still need to build my muscles.

I am allowed to play online but just for an hour or two. That's good enough for someone like me. I will be able to play Yoville and dress up my It Girl character within that period. Sometimes, extensions of 5 to 15 minutes is allowed, he he!

I also experienced for the first time to join a long walk or the so called procession last Good Friday. We did not really plan to but after the 3 o'clock mass, we saw a group of people preparing for the procession so Mommy bought a candle and we joined. It was tiring and my legs ached but it's okay. It was good that we brought the stroller because Roey was asleep the whole time!

Our Easter Sunday was simple. I was awaken by Mommy early dawn to join the procession that passed by our house. At the church, I saw girls dressed up like angels who removed the black veil from Mother Mary's head and attached it to the balloons. There were plenty of flowers too. It was a happy Easter! I ate rice pudding or SUMAN.

I enjoy playing with my sister and she always want me to make bubbles for her to pop. Mommy took a video and lots of pictures too. I'm proud to have taught Roey how to blow bubbles. The only problem is sometimes she wants to lick and eat the bubbles! LoL!

Super Summer Week

Mommy told me to practice reading more than playing online so she bought me a book. I liked it, she made me choose the book I like to read and this is what I picked.

We also had pancakes with Strawberry syrup as a snack. It's yummy! Mommy designed these. A pig and two smileys for me and my sister Roey.

The next day, my sister and I had fun playing at my grandparent's garage. I taught her how to hold the umbrella properly. We had fun. After playing, we ate Halo-Halo and visited my friend Sam & Tita Vanj. We didn't have any photos but we also played there.

Last Friday was the 4th month since Mama (my grandmother) passed away. We visited her at the cemetery. My sister brought her teddy bear. We lit up candles and brought flowers too.

We were to visit my Tita Divine at the Spazio Bernardo but she was sleeping so Mommy didn't bother to wake her up. We just went to the park and there I saw my friends (classmates) Julz and Foebe.

It was really a fun week. Today, Mommy said it is Palm Sunday and then the Holy Week.

I'm sure we will have no meat the entire week but plenty of fruits and veggies.

At SM Novaliches

One Sunday, Mommy, me and Roey attended the Children's mass and went to the newly built Sm Novaliches. It's just in front of ABC 5 network. I didn't know that a High school friend of mommy is there too. It was a quick meet up for them though.

Tita Janice and baby Zach came from Japan. Mommy said that they were not affected by the tsunami but they experienced many earthquakes. I got scared with all the stories and videos I heard and I've seen.

We were able to take pictures together. Zach is cute and his skin is really fair. I love his hair color too. I told my mom before that I like my eyes to be blue and hair to be light brown or blond. Mommy said my complexion is something I should be proud of and my hair is already a little brown. I am happy with it, I was just joking that time ha ha! Anyways, my It girl doll is a brunette. My McDonald's Adventure

I was enrolled for a 5 days McDonald's Kiddie Crew Workshop which started April 4 to April 8. It was really one week of fun! I am very happy that my parents made me to join this year. I've been requesting this since I turned 6.

I met new friends and learned a lot of values too! Here are some of the photos taken during our graduation day (store level) last Friday.

The grand graduation day will be held by May at the World Trade Center. I'm looking forward to it because there will be many surprises for all of us! Our parents are invited too!

Two Voices, Two Teachers

Mom taught me how to enjoy scrapblog and she helped me saving it in Picasa and be able to create this short video clip. I wasn't able to grab portraits of my other classmates but successful on some. Good thing that there were pictures of group shots. I may have quite a number of appearances in this video clip (hehe) which is simply because I have lots of photos with my friends. There were 2 sections for the Grade 3 students for the school year 2010-2011 and I am included in the group headed by Ms. Jane and we are called 3-Ephesians. The other group or section is 3-Galatians which is headed by Ms. Laine.

Just this morning was our school's 15th Recognition Day. Unfortunately and for the first time, Mom didn't have a camera to click some souvenir photos. We had some shots using her mobile phone instead and other pictures were taken using my classmates' cameras. I enjoyed this day since Mom and my sister Haley were present for me. Daddy didn't make it because of his work schedule but it is okay and I understand. My sister was so cute and excited to go up the stage with me. I received two awards this year, 2nd place English declamation contest and Rank 5. Mom promised to enroll me in the McDonalds Kiddie Crew Workshop as a reward. I am but excited!

Again, this video clip is a way to thank my Grade 3 adviser, Ma'am Jane. She will no longer be teaching next school year and we will totally miss her. Thank you as well to Ma'am Laine for being so nice to me and to my classmates. We salute you our teachers. Let's keep in touch.

Our first entry to a new born meme called "Just Beautiful". And this is just one of the many photos you'll find in my archive,haha! And since this blog is really for big sister Keanna, I picked her photo with then 1 month old, Roey.

In case I haven't mentioned yet, Keanna and Haley are born 7 years apart. I was 8 mos pregnant when Keanna celebrated her 7th birthday. My two beautiful kids though born years apart are inseparable. They both love watching Hi5 and they giggle a lot too! Happy Wednesday everyone!

It's Friday again and I'm joining Pink Fridays. Mommy taught me about this meme and since we both love Pink, I asked her permission if I could join. I have several pink stuff but these are the ones I like for today. I love playing dress up so I have an album for my "It Girl". Here she is in a Pink elegant gown and has a Pink bag and shades.
